Banned for 1 TK

I got banned instantly after TK'ing one person. I didn't even know TK was on..
My ingame name: Da.Quietus.NL
Please unban me - this must have been a mistake of the auto admin or something..
Time and Date of ban: March 3rd 2010 -- 9:55 PM

It was no mistake:
I warned you before because of blocking the chopper (after I kicked your clanmate for redlining).
sae-vi then banned you after you killed him with C4 in our base.
I would recommend to keep the ban for a few days and then unban you.

Dear Da.Quietus.NL,
the ban was NO mistake. When i was in a sqaud with your mate, he was very unfriendly to one of our guests and said hes a noob gunner or whatelse.
The second time ur mate didnt wait in line as i know and killed the guest i told before. We kicked him because of TK. After that u took the Ami helo and blocked it in the air till ur mate would come back. He got shot down. Before the helo respawnt u killed me (admin) with C4. Sorry but that was enough for such a short time.
If ur behavior on our server is better next time, we´ll unban u, but plesase dont do something like that again. THX
